Recently I received a package in the mail from Oscar Mayer that’s all about helping me stay sane! That’s right, and you know what I’m talking about! There’s moments when all I want to do is take a hot bath with a glass of wine, or put on my headphones and doze on the couch, make myself a sandwich it it slowly by myself and some days I even want to hire a babysitter so I can get out of the house.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my boys more than anything but after three hours of home work, cleaning up the kitchen for the fifth time after snacks, or folding that seventh basket of laundry – there are times I am insane. I love that Oscar Mayer is acknowledging that this is a normal part of life and helping us try to get through it by making it easy to feed the kids or make yourself a fancy sandwich like I did!
This was the best club sandwich that I’ve ever had, I honestly could have had two and ate both all on my own! Check out the recipe for the Avocado Spread that I made to go on it too!

How to Make a Club Sandwich

- Lettuce
- Bacon slices
Instructions
Step 1 – Spread the Avocado spread on one of the slices of bread

I toasted my bread too, it was awesome with that little extra crunch and the bread didn’t get soggy from the Avocado spread.
Thank’s Oscar Mayer for helping make my day run a little smoother!

This sandwich looks fantastic. I confess, I grew up in a non sandwich eating home. And now that I have kids who love sandwiches and see how easy they are, I’m in. And the bacon. Bacon is love. What can I say? Will be making these, it’s going to be 88 degrees today and I live in Buffalo, NY the snow belt of the world. Go figure.
