Yep, I said Tuna Cheese Melt. I didn’t think I really liked tuna salad or tuna sandwiches but when I saw it on sale at our local grocery store, I thought I would give it was worth trying again.
I remember having tuna sandwiches when I was younger but I only ate it straight from the can with lots of salt on it, and to be honest it wasn’t my favorite meal. Fast forward 15 years and I’m going to give it another shot after all I figured it I mixed enough Mayo in it, it would be wonderful no mater what!
I was pleasantly surprised with this Tuna and Cheese Melt recipe that I threw together for lunch!
