Yummy Breakfast Bubble Pizza Recipe

November 29, 2013   |   1 Comment

One of the easiest and my families favorite recipes are Bubble Pizza, we have had several different versions including Mexican Bubble Pizza and Pepperoni Bubble Pizza.  There are so many different ways to make this yummy casserole.  The main ingredient you use in any bubble pizza is Pillsbury Biscuits that are cut into bite sized pieces.

My little guy loves eggs and every way that I make them so I thought I would combine the two food loves into one and make a yummy Breakfast Bubble Pizza recipe with biscuits, eggs, sausage, cheese and a delicious white sauce.  It turned out amazing and both my boys devoured it!

How to Make Egg and Sausage Bubble Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 Tubes of Pillsbury Biscuits cut into fourths
  • 2 Cups of Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Jar of White Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Salt

Instructions

Beat all your eggs in a bowl

Add the Sausage, milk, cheese, pizza sauce, and garlic Salt

Next, add the Biscuits into the egg mixture and stir until everything is mixed well

Pour it all into a 9×13 glass baking pan and bake for 20 minutes

I topped ours with some more shredded cheese when I took it out of the oven to add some extra gooeyness.

If you can’t find a jar of white pizza sauce you could try using Alfredo sauce instead and see how that works.  I bet that would taste yummy too!

This is a delicious breakfast option or if you’re like us and enjoy having breakfast for dinner it works for that too.  Add some fresh fruit and you have a delicious meal any time of the day!

Have you ever made bubble pizza?  Do you make different versions?  I would love to hear your ideas!

I’ve never seen a bubble-up breakfast pizza before. This is brilliant! Who doesn’t love pizza? I’m definitely going to be trying this recipe and sharing it with my readers. Pizza for breakfast is the best idea ever.
