10 Minute Homemade Pizza Dough
Who doesn’t love an easy pizza recipe? We have a 10 minute Homemade Pizza dough that will have you making homemade pizza instead of ordering delivery! We have a delicious Garlic Bread Pizza dough recipe too that’s AMAZING!
Who doesn’t love pizza? I mean, I could eat pizza for every single meal for the rest of my life and be happy! Especially if it’s made with this 10-minute pizza dough crust, it’s so delicious! My youngest guy made this pizza for us to enjoy for dinner the other night and the recipe was so easy that he was able to make it himself without much help at all!
We made this pizza a Margherita version but you could easily change it up so it’s cheese and pepperoni or sausage and mushroom, whatever your families favorites are!
How to Make 10 Minute Homemade Pizza Dough
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Package Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Start by combining the yeast, sugar, and water together in a stand mixer. Let it sit for a couple minutes until it becomes foamy. Mix in the olive oil, salt, seasoning, and flour until everything is well incorporated and forms a ball. Either replace the paddle with a dough hook and knead for a couple minutes or knead the dough by hand. Let it sit for five minutes before spreading onto a pizza pan. Add the toppings and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
