5 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

August 31, 2014   |   4 Comments

These little 5 ingredient chocolate chip cookies are not only adorable but easy to make too.  I was able to put them together and bake 4 dozen cookies while I was making dinner.  They came out so pretty and tasted delicious.  If really doesn’t get any easier than a 5 ingredient cookie.  Right?

These chocolate chip cookies have more of a short bread texture and almost melt in your mouth when they’re warm.  Be sure to check out our traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe if that’s what you’re looking for!

I made a half batch and drizzled with melted white chips. These are very light, delicate cookies. I wish I had flattened them some before baking. My half batch yielded 2 dozen.
