How to make my Banana Bread Recipe
Sour Cream Banana Bread
Cream together ½ c butter, softened and 1 ½ c sugar.
Add in order:
2 eggs
3 ripe mashed bananas
splash of lemon juice
½ c sour cream
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 c flour
1tsp vanilla
¾ c chopped pecans

Mix together until incorporated, Pour into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
The actual recipe doesn't have a temperature or time. This is what works for me. I'm not sure if my Grandma was trying to pull a Marie Barone on me or if she just forgot. (name that show) My Grandma is sweet, but it wouldn't be surprising if she left out some important information from one of her recipes!
