Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies are the easiest and most delicious cookies that you can make when you're in a pinch for time. There are every few ingredients involved in this recipe and my boys were even willing to help me make them because they were so simple.
I typically like to make Chocolate Chip Cookies from scratch but these are becoming one of my favorite cookies to make, you can whip up delicious cookies in minutes flat. Check out how easy they are to make!
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies
Recipe Adapted from Betty Crocker
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- ½ Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (I prefer Milk Chocolate)
Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
Step 2 - In a large bowl mix together the Yellow Cake Mix, Butter, Milk , Vanilla and Egg until the ingredients are well incorporated
Step 3 - Fold in the Chocolate Chips
Step 4 - Place teaspoon scoops on a greased cookie sheet, one inch apart
Step 5 - Bake for 10 minutes and Enjoy!
