Caramel Apple Vanilla Cheesecake Bars

Hey, everyone!  I have the perfect recipe to celebrate fall for you, these Caramel Apple Vanilla Cheesecake Bars combine some of the best flavors that makes you think of fall.  My boys love Caramel Apple's and who doesn't love cheesecake?  Combining the two into one delicious dessert was amazing.

I will be making these Cheesecake Bars for Thanksgiving dinner this year too, along with traditional pumpkin pie, these bars will make a great hit with guests.  Check out how easy they are to make below!

 How to Make Caramel Apple Vanilla Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients You Need

Recipe Adapted from Taste of Home

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • ½ Cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • ¾ Cup Cold Butter, cubed
  • 2 (8 oz.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3 Medium Apples, peeled and chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

Streusel Topping

  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • ¾ Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • ½ Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
  • ⅓ Cup Butter, cubed
  • ⅓ Cup Caramel Syrup

Instructions

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2 - In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar

Step 3 - Cut the butter into the brown sugar mixture until crumbly

Step 4 - Press the crumble mixture into a well-greased 9x13 baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until browned

Step 5 - While the crust is baking, beat the cream cheese, ½ cup sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer until smooth.

Step 6 - Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture on low speed, spread the mixture over the crust after it has baked

Step 7 - In a small bowl mix the apples with the cinnamon and 2 Tablespoons of sugar and spoon it over the cream cheese layer

Step 8 - Mix the flour, brown sugar, oats and butter together in a bowl until it'[s crumbly and sprinkle over the apple layer

Step 9 - Bake for 30 minutes and drizzle with caramel topping.  Enjoy!
