Do you love caramel? It is my absolute favorite, and yep, I like caramel better than chocolate. Gasp! I know! But, it’s true. I love caramel in coffee, cakes, candy bars, and just about anything.
I love making cupcakes and finding new ways to make them different or a little more fancy. So, I made a quick Caramel cupcake recipe that was delicious. This was an easy spin on a normal cake box cupcake mix by just adding some additional and easy toppings to your cupcake.
During the summer months my baking comes to a big stop. My boys are home, so you would think that I would be baking more but that is not the case. We are so busy with sports and enjoying the time off. So, I am making quick recipes or easy baking from a box mix. I still like to make my desserts a little special though so adding a few toppings to a cake or cupcake makes a new yummy dessert.
