St. Patrick’s Day Dessert: Chocolate Mint Parfait Recipe

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day coming, I have been making a few green mint recipes for my family.  You are going to LOVE this Chocolate Mint Parfait recipe today!  It is so easy and delicious, my boys inhaled them!

They are very simple to make with layers of minty chocolate goodness.  I actually made a batch for a party that I had the other night and put them in mini parfait cups, perfect size for a ladies treat.
