St. Patrick's Day Dessert: Chocolate Mint Parfait Recipe

In honor of St. Patrick's Day coming, I have been making a few green mint recipes for my family. You are going to LOVE this Chocolate Mint Parfait recipe today! It is so easy and delicious, my boys inhaled them!

They are very simple to make with layers of minty chocolate goodness. I actually made a batch for a party that I had the other night and put them in mini parfait cups, perfect size for a ladies treat.

How to Make St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Mint Parfait

Ingredients for Chocolate Mint Parfait

• Thin Mints
• Cool Whip Frosting
• Fudge
• Mint Leaves (optional)
• Andes Mints (optional)

Instructions for Chocolate Mint Parfait

This is the easiest St. Patrick's Day recipe to make, all you do is layer the ingredients in your glass dishes to make the delicious Chocolate Pint Parfait dessert you want.  If you like extra fudge, ad that or if you like more cool whip, add that.

St. Patrick's Day is a great time to have all those Mint desserts you love, whether you're having a party for yourself, family and friends or maybe planning a school party for your kids.  These Desserts will go over really well, plus they are simple to make!

I added some Mint leaves and Andes Mints into the top of my Chocolate Mint Parfait as garnish.  My boys love Andes mints so they were so excited that I added these goodies into the dessert.   You could also color the cool whip green to make it a little more festive for St. Patrick's Day.  That would be a fun twist!
