How many times have you put together that perfect recipe that was a flop or spent time making cookies to have them stick to the pan? I can’t tell you how many times I have made cakes that won’t come out of the pan or casseroles that are stuck to the bottom of the dish.
There is nothing worse than spending all that time and hard work to make your meal fabulous and then end up having to run to the store for plan B ingredients. Or worse yet sending your hubby to the store because you have to clean up the mess you made by not including an ingredient or using PAM Cooking Spray so your cake doesn’t stick to the pan. My hubby knows when I call him on his way home from work and ask him to stop by the store, something didn’t go as planned in the kitchen.
I had the chance to review Baking Pam Spray over the last couple weeks, which was fabulous because this is a product that I use and love. Pam Cooking Spray now leaves up to 99 percent less residue buildup than margarine or bargain brand-cooking sprays while still providing amazing no-stick results.
I made some amazing Homemade Snickerdoodle Cookies and used Pam Cooking Spray to ensure that every cookie came off the tray perfectly. You can find my recipe below!
How to Make Homemade Snickerdoodle Cookies

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- In a Large Bowl, cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer on high.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth
- In a second bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together for rolling
- Take 2 Tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball.
- Roll the dough in the sugar mixture
- Press onto a Cookie Sheet sprayed with PAM Cooking Spray
- Bake the cookies for 12 minutes they may seem undercooked but will continue to bake on the pan when you remove them from oven.
