Delicious Slow cooker Corn Mac and Cheese recipe that's a perfect side dish for just about everything! This goes great with ham, our Party chicken, beef or you can just grab a spoon and gobble it down all on its own. Warning - you may eat way too much!

Last month I was on a girls trip to Dallas with some great friends and ladies.  Of course if you're traveling with me the conversation often revolves around food cause you know - I love it all. Delicious and Simple Slow Cooker Corn Mac and Cheese

How to Make Slow Cooker Corn Mac and Cheese

Ingredients You Need

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Pasta
  • 1 Cup Velveeta
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Start by draining just the can of corn and mix the corn and creamed corn together in a slow cooker. Add the milk and Velveeta. Cook on low for 3 hours before adding the pasta for the last 30 minutes. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Note: Be sure not to add the Pasta for more than 30 minutes because it will get turn to a gummy mess. You can add a splash more milk if needed, sometimes it will thicken in the slow cooker and need this.
