Easy Blueberry Crisp Recipe

September 29, 2015   |   1 Comment

Who loves blueberries?  I do!  I’ve said it before and I think most people know that I would prefer a delicious fruit crisp or cobbler over a chocolate dessert any day of the week.  Blueberry Crisp is my favorite just after anything lemon and combining blueberry and lemon together would be heaven for me.  Yum!

This is one of the very easiest blueberry crisp recipes that I’ve ever made, I made a Cherry Magic dessert last year and just modified the recipe slightly to make this dessert version.  Check out how easy it is to make!

If you’re looking a healthier version check out our Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp Recipe.

 How to Make Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients You Need

  • 1 Can of Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 1 Box of Jiffy White Cake Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2 – Pour the can of pie filling into 4 ramekins or an 8×8 pan

Step 3 – Mix the butter and white cake mix together in a bowl until it’s crumbly

Step 4 – Sprinkle the cake mixture over the blueberry pie filling

Step 5 – Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is slightly browned.  Enjoy!

Blueberry Crisp, Fruit Dessert, Blueberry Bake,

You can easily change out the blueberries for your favorite fruit, if you love apples or raspberries try using those!  If you make your own pie fillings, simply use 2 cups of that in place of the canned pie filling.  Yum!

Blueberry Crisp, Fruit Dessert, Blueberry Bake,

What’s your favorite dessert?  Do you love chocolate or fruits like me?
