Easy Easter Cookie Bars
We have a last minute Easter Recipe to share with you today! With Easter being just a week away, I wasn't sure I was going to post this recipe or not but decided because it can be altered for any holiday or time of the year I should share!
These Easter Cookie Bars are really easy to make and they are so gooey and delicious, kids and adults alike will go nuts for them! And they are especially yummy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream while they are warm from the oven! Enjoy!

How to Make Easter Cookie Bars
Ingredients You Need
- 2 Cups Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 ½ Sticks Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cups Easter Candies
Instructions
Step 1 - Melt the butter and set aside.
Step 2 - Mix the flour, salt and baking soda together in a separate bowl and set aside.
Step 3 - Mix together the brown sugar and sugar in a bowl, whisk in the melted butter until it is incorporated
Step 4 - Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Step 5 - Add the flour mixture to the web mixture and mix well.
Step 6 - Add the chocolate chips and Easter Candies and mix by hand
Step 7 - Spread the dough in a greased 9x13 pan
Step 8 - Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips and candies on top.
Step 9 - Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Enjoy!
These Easter Cookie Bars make a delicious treat or dessert for Easter Day but you can change out the Easter candy and make them any time or the year or for any holiday!
