We were on vacation in Arizona recently and after some recommendations from friends that were once locals to the area we were in, we tried a couple Mexican restaurants. We had some delicious food and I found that I really liked Fish Tacos (minus the spice). So after we got home, I decided to give it a try and make my own Easy Fish Tacos with a delicious sauce.
