Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan
This Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan recipe has got to be the simplest that I've ever made. It's no secret that I love my slow cooker, I use it several times a week and not just for dinner but for drinks, desserts and whatever recipes I can find to throw in it. It's so easy and I don't have to stress about what to make for dinner at five o'clock when we're doing homework.
This Chicken Parmesan is a little bit healthier too because the chicken is not breaded and I actually like that better. Check out the recipe below!

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Jar (32 ounces Pasta Sauce)
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Spaghetti

Instructions
Step 1 - Slice the onion and place in the bottom of the slow cooker
Step 2 - Place the chicken breasts on top of the onions and pour the pasta sauce with the Italian Seasoning mixed into it on top
Step 3 - Cook on low in the slow cooker for 4 hours
Step 4 - Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until the cheese are melted
Step 5 - When I serve I top with a sprinkle more Parmesan Cheese over thin spaghetti. Enjoy!
