Easy Strawberry Butter Recipe

Flavored Butter Recipes are amazing, probably because you usually put them on breads, rolls and muffins and those are my favorite foods. This Strawberry Butter is delicious and paired with our Strawberry Muffins, it's like strawberry shortcake only better because you can call it breakfast! Yum!

There are only a couple ingredients that you need to make Strawberry Butter and it makes a nice addition to a brunch buffet or even a Mother's Day breakfast.

How to Make Strawberry Butter

If you've made honey butter or cinnamon butter, you know they are simple to make, strawberry butter is no exception.

Ingredients to Make Strawberry Butter

  • 1 Stick of Butter (softened)
  • ½ Cup Diced Strawberries
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar or Honey if you prefer
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions for making Strawberry Butter

Step 1 - In a small bowl whip together the butter, powdered sugar or honey, vanilla and salt until everything is well blended

Step 2 - Mix the strawberries in to the butter mixture until it is well combined.

Use the Strawberry Butter on bread, rolls, muffins or anything you would use traditional butter or jelly on. This absolutely amazing on warm bread right from the oven, it goes great with our Honey White Bread or on our Strawberry Muffins.
