Four Ingredient Slow Cooker Roast

April 17, 2017   |   11 Comments

It’s no secret that I am in love with my slow cooker – there’s just nothing easier than popping some meat and a couple ingredients in a dish, turning it on and boom dinner is ready after a day of work.  I’ve found is especially helpful around the holidays too – we have an entire post around making your entire Thanksgiving Meal in the Slow Cooker!  Everything from Turkey to dessert.  Be sure to check that out!

We even started a private Facebook group for anyone that want to share and talk about slow cooker recipes!  Anyone can join, the more the merrier!  Head over HERE and request to join us!

I made this last night. SO easy & very tasty! I added potatoes & carrots at the start & they came out perfectly with the roast. May brown the roast beforehand (my husband likes a browner roast) but it’s not a requirement.
    Thanks for the great recipe!
