Four Ingredient Slow Cooker Roast
It's no secret that I am in love with my slow cooker - there's just nothing easier than popping some meat and a couple ingredients in a dish, turning it on and boom dinner is ready after a day of work. I made this last night. SO easy & very tasty! I added potatoes & carrots at the start & they came out perfectly with the roast. May brown the roast beforehand (my husband likes a browner roast) but it’s not a requirement.
