Four Ingredient Slow Cooker Roast

How to Make Slow Cooker Roast

Ingredients You Need

  • 1 Beef Roast
  • 1 Can of Pepsi
  • 1 Package of Aus Jus Mix
  • 1 Package of Roast Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

Place the roast in the slow cooker, mine was frozen when I stuck it in and it turned out amazing!  Mix the two packages of seasoning in the cup of water and pour over the roast.  Next add the can of Pepsi (you could use whatever soda you have on hand).  Let it cook for 6-8 hours and enjoy!

  1. I made this last night. SO easy & very tasty! I added potatoes & carrots at the start & they came out perfectly with the roast. May brown the roast beforehand (my husband likes a browner roast) but it’s not a requirement.
    Thanks for the great recipe!
