Homemade {Yummy} Pizza Pockets
Do your kids love pizza rolls and pizza pockets but you had spending the money on them? I know I do, especially after I've found how easy they are to make own my own. I love having a new way to make a pizza meal for my kids, they could live off of pizza and hamburgers.
I always make homemade pizza dough so I was able to use that and turn it into delicious pizza pockets very easily. You can find the recipe below!

How to Make Homemade Pizza Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Homemade Pizza dough (You can use Pillsbury Pizza dough or something similar if you do not want to make homemade)
- 1 Jar of Pizza Sauce
- 1 Package Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- Garlic Salt
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Step 1 - Make the Pizza Dough According to the post instructions
Step 2 - Roll our the dough on a floured surface and using a large circle cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out as many circles as you can
Step 3 - Spread pizza sauce onto the circle

Step 4 - Add the mozzarella cheese

Step 5 - Next, add the pepperoni or whatever meat you would like to use

Step 6 - Fold over the dough to make a pocket and use a fork around the edge to seal them

Step 7 - Brush the melted butter on top of the pocket and sprinkle the garlic salt and parmesan on top
Step 8 - Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired or eat plain, they are delicious either way! The next time your kids ask for pizza rolls or pizza pockets try making these for them! If they're like my boys, they'll love them!
