June 6, 2017   |   Leave a Comment

We have the perfect quick and easy dessert for you to make! This Ice Cream Bar Oreo Cake is a simple assembly cake that anyone cake make and everyone will love and enjoy!! It’s very similar to our Brownie Sundae Cake if you haven’t tried this recipe you need to check it out too!

Ice Cream Bar Oreo Cake

This recipe is so easy to make, my youngest son is making it on his Facebook Live show, Kids in the Kitchen. If you haven’t tuned in yet, you’ll want to be sure to catch it this week at 4:15 pm on Tuesday!  They make easy recipes that just about anyone can make, I mean they are only 11 after all!!

Here’s the recipe for the Ice Cream Bar Oreo Cake!!!

How to Make Ice Cream Bar Oreo Cake

Ingredients You Need

  • 10 Ice Cream Bars
  • 1 Container of Cool Whip
  • 1 Jar of Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 package of Oreo’s

Instructions

Start by lining a 9×5 loaf pan with plastic wrap.  This will help you get the cake out of the pan when it’s frozen. Next line five of the Ice Cream Bars in the bottom of the pan.  Add a layer of hot fudge on the ice cream bars.  Using a Ziploc bag, crush about 15 Oreo cookies.  Add a layer of the Oreo’s on top of the hot fudge.  Next, add a second layer of Ice Cream Bars over the Oreo/fudge layer.  Top with Cool whip and freeze for about four hours.  Before serving sprinkle a few more of the crushed Oreo’s on top.
