Margherita Chicken Skillet Dinner
One of my very favorite meals is Margherita Pizza, I love the combination of fresh mozzarella and basil on a crisp crust. I'm always looking for different ways to make this delicious recipe into something new to change it up but still keep my favorite flavors in it.

What size can of tomatoes did you use? I made this tonight and doubled the pasta so used a 28oz. Can diced tomatoes and about 3/4 of that size can of water. I also added some carmalized onion and crushed garlic. It came out quite tasty! I'm just wondering what size you originally intended for the recipe. Thanks!
