Who doesn't love a delicious ooey gooey taco pizza? My kids love to make these mini taco pizza's using refrigerator biscuits. They're the perfect after school snack or dinner!

My boys love pizza, they would eat it for every single meal and snack if I let them! Here in the midwest, we love our taco pizza too! It's one that we order ALL the time from the local pizza place. It's loaded with all of our favorite pizza AND taco flavors that are oh so good!

My youngest guy decided we needed to find an easy way to make a homemade pizza dough that he could easily make when he was crazy a taco pizza snack. What better and easier way than using a refrigerated pizza dough?!

Mini Taco Pizza Recipe These few ingredients are going to have your snack or dinner on the table in no time! Plus, it's so easy that the kids can help or even make them on their own!

How to Make Mini Taco Pizza

Ingredients You Need

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Cans Refridgerator Biscuits
  • 2 Cups Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives

Instructions for Making

Start by browning your ground beef in a medium pan over high heat.

Next, add the taco seasoning and water. Mix well and let simmer for five minutes.

While the meat is simmering, place your refrigerator biscuits on a pan and spread them with your fingers.

Top each biscuit with a good amount of meat and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and sour cream if desired! Enjoy!
