Monster Trail Mix Recipe

My boys and I make a trail mix that they love, we call it Monster Trail Mix.  It’s really easy to make and you can change up the recipe to include whatever ingredients you have or want to include in the mix.   I usually have most of these ingredients on hand, so I can throw a batch together quickly.
My boys like to have Monster Trail Mix after school for a snack, in the car, at soccer games or practice and even in their lunch box for school.  Even though I include some chocolate chips and M&M’s, there are a lot of nuts and raisins to consider it a healthier snack option.

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

  1. This is great! I am throwing a monster themed birthday party for my boys this month and this recipe would be perfect to have out for the adults to snack on. Although I would use blue and green colored M&M's :o) Visiting from The Frugal Girls Chic & Crafty Party. -Sarah @ Repeat Crafter Me
