Who’s ready for fall? With all the delicious pumpkin spice recipes like bread, cake, brownies and now we have an amazing breakfast option for you too! This overnight pumpkin spice oatmeal is so simple to make, your morning breakfast routine will be a breeze!
We’ve made this in the past but never with pumpkin in it, I LOVE adding it! It gives the breakfast so much flavor AND by using SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, we were able to cut out the sugar and have fewer calories!
If you don’t love pumpkin as much as we do, you could switch out the pumpkin for just about any other fruit you love – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or whatever you want to try. This recipe works the same with any fresh fruit.
How to Make Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Ingredients You Need
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 2 tsp SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Layer the ingredients in a mason jar starting with the yogurt on the bottom, then the pumpkin, oats, Splenda and Cinnamon. Mix together well and refrigerator for 8 hours. Eat cold!
Remember you can switch out the pumpkin with whatever your favorite fresh fruit might be! This is a great recipe to use many different ways!
