Party Chicken Recipe, doesn't this recipe just scream delicious?  I remember the first time my Mother-in-law made it, it smelled amazing and when I asked her what she was making I was intrigued by the name.  I was sure it would be amazing and I was not disappointed.

When you start combining ingredients like chicken, bacon (Yum!), cheese, dried beef and more deliciousness, you come up with an amazing meal that everyone will love!  Wait, I forgot there's mushrooms too!  All my favorites in one recipe!  Score!

How to Make Easy Party Chicken Recipe

Ingredients You Need

  • 6-8 Whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half if desired for smaller pieces
  • 12-16 Slices Bacon
  • 1 4 ounce Package Dried Beef
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Pint Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms

Instructions for making Party Chicken Recipe

Step 1 - Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish

Step 2 - Cover the bottom of the pan with dried beef

Step 2 - Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon and lay in the pay over the dried beef

Step 3 - Mix the mushrooms, soup and yogurt in a bowl

Step 4 - Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight or all day

Step 5 - Bake for 3 hours, uncovered at 275 degrees

This is a pretty easy recipe but there is some planning ahead to make it because of the refrigeration that's required and it bakes on low for 3 hours.  So, it's not a meal that you can throw together at the last minute.  Just an FYI, which I'm sure you gathered from the recipe.  I still think it's completely worth the extra time involved to make it.
