How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients You Need

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Pound (1 Box) uncooked pasta, I used Penne
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Start by placing the chicken breasts, heavy cream, and chicken stock in a slow cooker. Cook on low for about four hours, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred after it has cooled slightly. Place the pasta into the slow cooker and cook on low for 30 minutes or just until the pasta is tender. Stir in the parmesan cheese, chicken, salt, and pepper. You can use a small amount of milk to thin the sauce if it’s needed.
