October 22, 2013   |   26 Comments

We have a yummy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter Recipe to share with you today!  If you love Pumpkin Pie or using Apple Butter on your toast, this is the perfect recipe for you and is simple to make!

This Pumpkin Butter smelled delicious when it was cooking in my slow cooker all day, my house smelled yummy and warm.  I loved it!  It was all I could do to not eat the butter with a spoon from the pot.  It’s so good!

We love easy recipes that you stick in the slow cooker and let them cook on their own all day, not having to babysit a pot is wonderful.

In the ingredient list, is that 1 29 ounce can, or 129 ounces of pumpkin, a little over 8 pounds?

I can’t wait to try this. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand. Can I sub something else? Nutmeg?
