This Pumpkin Butter smelled delicious when it was cooking in my slow cooker all day, my house smelled yummy and warm. I loved it! It was all I could do to not eat the butter with a spoon from the pot. It's so good!
We love easy recipes that you stick in the slow cooker and let them cook on their own all day, not having to babysit a pot is wonderful.

How to Make Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter
Ingredients
- 1 - 29 ounce Pumpkin
- 4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Honey
Instructions
1. Put everything in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.
2. After 8 hours, turn crock pot off and remove the top half way (to let the steam out and let it thicken). Let sit for an hour.

This is a super easy recipe! Be sure to store this in the refrigerator after you make this unless you go through the canning process so that you can store it in the pantry until you open.
These little jars of Pumpkin Butter make great gifts too. If you can your jars, these would be great to hand out to the neighbors at Christmas or even as teacher gifts on Halloween or other holidays. I am going to make a load of my Honey White Bread and give a jar of the Pumpkin Butter to my son's teacher this year.
Be careful when you make this, it is really addictive! I can sit and eat half a jar with a spoon in no time flat! it's so good!
