Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes
Delicious Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes are the perfect side dish to any meal, great for a potluck and amazing at the holidays!

How to Make Slow Cooker Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients You Need
- 1 lb red, purple, or white potatoes
- 1-2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 5 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- Green onions and fresh parsley for topping
Instructions
- Rinse and cut potatoes into bite sized chunks.
- Dice red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix together ranch seasoning and sour cream.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, and seasoning mixture.
- Mix together until all potatoes are coated, then add in half your cheese and repeat.
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick, then spread potato mixture out into it evenly.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Uncover final 10 minutes so that cheese can get crispy.
- Serve topped with green onions and parsley.

- Cover with remaining cheese, then cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Uncover final 10 minutes so that cheese can get crispy.
- Serve topped with green onions and parsley.
