How to make Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients for Chocolate Cake
- 1 Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 (3.4oz) Package of Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
Ingredients for Ganache glaze
- 2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions for make the cake
Step 1 - Prehead the oven to 350 degrees and flour your bunt pan
Step 2 - Mix together the chocolate cake mix, sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil and water until well blended
Step 3 - Fold in the chocolate chips and spoon batter into the prepared pan
Step 4 - Bake for 50 minutes
Step 5 - Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before flipping upside down onto a wire rack and cooling
Step 6 - Prepare your chocolate ganache by heating the chocolate and heavy whipping cream in a small sauce pan, stirring constantly until it is melted and smooth
Step 7 - Pour the ganache over the chocolate bundt cake and enjoy!
