Did you ever think that during your adult life you would actually WANT to buy and use Ramen Noodles? I have a recipe for you that is going to surprise you by using the Ramen Noodle in our Chicken Soup. Did you just gasp and shake your head at the screen and think “Don’t do it, Chrissy”. I promise you this is an amazing recipe! I was pretty happy when I didn’t have egg noodles and used Ramen Noodles in place, a new recipe was born!
Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup is not only simple to make but it’s a really delicious twist on traditional chicken soup. Using Ramen Noodles, mushrooms and a few other ingredients makes this soup pretty darn yummy. Check out the recipe below.
How to Make Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup
Ingredients You Need
- 2 Chicken Breasts, baked and cubed
- 1 Package of Ramen Noodles (without the seasoning)
- 3 Cups Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Water
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Step 1 – Bake your chicken breasts and cube
Step 2 – In a large pot place the chicken broth, water, chicken, mushrooms, carrots and cook for 20 minutes
Step 3 – After the vegetables are soft, add the Ramen Noodles and cook for 10 minutes
Step 4 – Once the noodles are cooked well, add the fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with some crusty bread!
