¾ cup milk

1 (3.4 ounce) chocolate instant pudding mix

1 ½ cups thawed frozen whipped topping

½ cup strawberry jam

3-ounce package strawberry gelatin

¾ cup boiling water

2 cups strawberries, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed by package instructions for a 13×9 cake pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Poke holes over the top of the cake with a fork or wooden skewer.

Spread strawberry jam over the top of the cake.

Mix together strawberry gelatin with boiling water and pour over the top of the cake, ensuring to spread it out over the holes on the top of the cake.
