Crab Salad Sandwich

April 2, 2014   |   Leave a Comment

I’m on a seafood kick lately, I’ve been craving shrimp and crab so I have a bunch of new seafood recipes to share with you using these yummy ingredients.  This Crab Salad Sandwich is fabulous and made a great lunch for one.

My absolute favorite meal when we eat out is Snow Crab Legs, I love the sweet tender crab meat dipped in a delicious butter sauce.  Yum.  I very rarely make crab legs at home because I’m the only one that would eat them so I often resort to imitation crab meat and add it to my recipes.

How to Make Crab Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Imitation Crab Meat (8 ounces)
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 2 Green Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Crab Sandwich

Instructions

Step 1 – Break up the crab meat into small chunks with your hands or two forks and shred the meat into pieces

Step 2 – Mix together the crab meat, mayo, lemon juice, parsley, green onion and salt in a bowl and mix until well combined

Step 3 – Place lettuce on your bun and add the crab mixture on top.  Enjoy!

(This makes 4 servings)

You could also add tomatoes or any other veggies that you think would go well with crab meat.

Seafood Recipe

If you prefer fresh or real crab you can easily use that in this recipe.  This Crab Salad Sandwich is a quick and easy seafood recipe that makes a nice lunch or dinner for you and the family.  It’s easy to put together when you’re short on time and will still impress your family that loves recipes with crab.

Do you love crab as much as I do?  What types of recipes do you make?  I have several delicious ideas coming up over the next couple weeks so be on the look out!
