How to Make Fish Tacos
Ingredients You Need
Soft Street Style Taco Shells
bagged Coleslaw
guacamole(see recipe below!)
Gorton’s Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi
cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare shrimp scampi by layering in a skillet and cooking over medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Add coleslaw to the soft taco shell
- Add a 1/4 cup of Gorton’s Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi to the taco
- Top with homemade guacamole
- Sprinkle with cilantro
How to Make Homemade Guacamole
2 avocados
1/2 a Roma tomato
1 tablespoon of chopped red onion,
juice of half a lemon
and salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the half Roma Tomato into small chunks
- Remove the skin and the pit from the avocados and mash them up, adding the lemon juice first to keep the avocados from browning. Mix in the diced tomato, red onion and salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
