We’ve been having an amazing summer so far! Something we love to do is to camp with my parents and brothers at different parks around the state of Iowa. It gives us lots of time together to laugh and hang out.
One of my favorite parts of camping is our annual Crawfish Boil over the campfire on Memorial Day. We’ve done this for a couple years now and it’s a blast and this year was no different.
After our campfire cookout this year I decided that I didn’t want to wait until next year to have this amazing dish, so I created a Sheet Pan Shrimp Bake at home with all the delicious ingredients (minus the crawfish) that we used in our boil. It turned out amazing and was a delicious dinner that my boys loved!
I was thrilled to partner with Klement’s on this recipe and use their delicious sausage in the recipe, we actually used them at the campground in our Crawfish Boil too because we love their product! It was the perfect addition to the boil!
How to have a Sheet Pan Shrimp Bake
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Package of uncooked, deveined shrimp
- 1 Package of Klement’s Polish Sausage
- 3-4 Ears of Corn on the Cob broke in half
- 1 Pound Red Potatoes, Halved
- 6-10 Asparagus, Cut into pieces
- 2 TBSP Garlic, Minced
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat the baking sheet with the 2 TBSP Olive Oil. While the oven is preheating, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the potatoes until they’re just tender. Add the corn for the last five minutes and cook. Drain the potatoes & Corn. Place the potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the garlic and Old Bay Seasoning over everything. Bake for 15 minutes or until the shrimp is opaque and the corn is tender.
