I think that every recipe I make calls for Pumpkin Pie Spice and boy is that little jar of spice expensive. I thought that making my own homemade pumpkin pie spice would not only be fun but save me a little money too!
This is so easy to make and you will end up with enough to get you through the entire Pumpkin Pie season! Remember that spices don’t last forever, so be sure to watch your expiration dates.
How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon all spice
Step 1 – Mix all of the spices together until they are well blended.
Step 2 – Store in an airtight jar.
Super easy, right?! Even if you don’t want to make your own spices, knowing this easy recipe so that you can make Pumpkin Pie Spice if you run out of our store bought version and don’t have to run to the store in the middle of a recipe!
