Easy Mini Corn Dog Muffins

November 23, 2013   |   Leave a Comment

Does your kids love corn dogs?  It seems like whenever we go to a certain few restaurants, my little guy is always ordering corn dogs.  I don’t buy them very often but I have made these mini corn dog muffins for the kids several times.  This is a such an easy recipe to make, it takes only a few ingredients.

These are so easy to make and the kids love them.  I have a yummy honey corn bread recipe that you can use in this recipe or you can buy a store boxed mix to use instead.

These little corn dog muffins make an easy snack or even a simple lunch for your family or kids.

My boys like to dunk these little corn dog muffins in BBQ sauce or Ketchup (we have a spicy recipe coming up for you).  They can make a meal out of these but I usually have a salad or something more with mine.

These are great to stick in your kids school lunch too, my kids like them warm or cold so they work in their lunch. Remember to warm them in the microwave and stick in a thermos if your child wants them to still be warm for lunch.

What type of fun finger foods do your kids like you to make for them?  Mine love anything with hotdogs, chicken nuggets or any of those typical “kid” foods.
