Homemade Dairy Free Tomato Bisque Soup
Tomato Bisque Soup is one of my favorite soups during the winter months! Â We have a Homemade Dairy Free Tomato Bisque Soup to share with you today and you’ll be surprised how it get’s it’s creaminess without the milk!
We like to make Grilled Cheese to go along with our Tomato Bisque Soup but if you need to stay dairy free you can just use croutons instead. Â Yum! Â This is a great weekend meal during the cold months!
How to Make Dairy Free Tomato Bisque Soup
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1 – In a large pot saute the onion and celery in the oil until tender
Step 2 – Add the remaining ingredients except the Avocado and bring to a boil
Step 3 – Reduce the head and simmer until the vegetables are tender
Step 4 – Using an immersion blender or Ninja Blender puree the mixture until smooth being very careful of the hot liquid and do small amounts at a time
Step 5 – Add the Avocado and puree until smooth. Â Serve with croutons or Grilled Cheese Sandwiches! Â Enjoy!
