Peanut Butter Brownie Torte Recipe that your family will love!
It’s no secret that my oldest son loves brownies. Truth be told he would eat them every day if I’d let him but that doesn’t happen! I thought I would surprise them and make some quick fudgey brownies as an after school treat today and decided to top them with a delicious peanut butter frosting! Yum! They were pleasantly surprised and quickly devoured half of the Peanut Butter Brownie Torte that I made!
How to Make Peanut Butter Brownie Torte
Ingredients You Need to Make the Brownies
- 1 Cup Butter, Melted
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Rodelle Vanilla
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Rodelle Baking Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Flour
How to Make Peanut Butter Frosting
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
Instructions
Cream all ingredients together with a mixer and spread over the brownies when they have cooled. Top with chopped Peanuts if desired.

- 1 Cup Butter Melted
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs

- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Rodelle Baking Cocoa Powder

- 1/2 Cup Butter softened
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- Instructions for making Brownies
- Step 1 - Mix the Flour, Baking Cocoa Powder, Salt, Baking Powder into a bowl
- Step 2 - Cream the butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar together in a bowl
- Step 3 - Fold the flour mixture into the sugar mixture
- Step 4 - Pour into an 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
