It doesn’t get any easier than a recipe with two ingredients like these Pumpkin Brownies. Last year we made some delicious two ingredient Pumpkin Muffins that turned out amazing so I thought I’d give it a try with brownies. It worked perfectly and the kids LOVED them. It doesn’t hurt that my oldest guys favorite treat is brownies! Yum!
Technically because I put frosting and sprinkles on the pumpkin brownies there are a couple more ingredients involved but you do not need to add that in order to make the brownies themselves. Check out how simple this recipe is!
You don’t say the size of the can of pumpkin. Our stores have small cans that probably make one pie and larger ones that would probably be used for two pies. (I don’t make pies. I give pumpkin puree to my dog.)
Thank you for asking Doris, it is one small can. Have a great day!
Congrats on being featured over at The DIY Inspired Link Party! These brownies look great! I guess the pumpkin puree substitutes for any other ingredients (like eggs, etc.)
that are normally added to brownie mixes? I can’t wait to try them.
Thank you for dropping by and for hosting such a wonderful party every week!
And Yes, the pumpkin substitutes the wet ingredients normally required.
What size can of pumpkin puree do you use? These look yummy!
A small can. Thanks for stopping by Sharon. If you try the recipe I hope you stop by and let us know!
Do u still ads egg and milk as directed on brownie box?
Nope, the pumpkin replaces the wet ingredients that the box calls for!
