Pumpkin Butter Pancakes
It's October! Can you believe how fast this year has flown by? It feels like we were JUST making pumpkin recipes and now here we are again! Baking and sticking pumpkin into everything we can! I'm not sure why we don't just use this ingredient all year round but it just doesn't feel right.
Today I have a delicious Pumpkin Butter Pancakes recipe to share with you that my kids have declared as their favorite pancakes EVER. That's a pretty bold statement from them considering I've made Chocolate pancakes and Birthday pancakes with sprinkles! You know these must be amazing! Check out the recipe!

How to Make Pumpkin Butter Pancakes
Ingredients You Need
- 1 ½ Cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 ½ Cups Milk
- ¼ Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Butter
Instructions
Step 1 - Mix together all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Step 2 - Whisk in the milk, water, oil, vanilla and Pumpkin Butter, you can add more water to make the batter the consistency you desire
Step 3 - Using a ½ measuring cup, spoon the mixture onto a hot ladle
Step 4 - Flip the pancakes when the outside edge is bubbly
Step 5 - Cook the second side until the pancakes are cooked through. Enjoy!

Top these delicious Pumpkin Butter Pancakes are amazing topped with a slab of butter and some real Maple Syrup. It's like a Pumpkin Pie for breakfast! Yum!
