Slow Cooker Chicken Gnocchi Soup
Last week I went through a couple days of craving everything with Potatoes. It must have been the cold weather in Minnesota and my body wanting to add an extra layer to keep warm, or I was just really hungry!
I had never used Gnocchi in any of my recipes before, but I'm hooked now after this Chicken Gnocchi Soup came out so deliciously!
My boys loved it and they do NOT like potatoes. That's a pretty big win for Mom! Now that I know they love Gnocchi, I have so many ideas for recipes and can't wait to make them! But first check out the Chicken Gnocchi Soup Recipe below!
