Hi, everyone! We have a simple slow cooker recipe to share with you again today. Have you noticed lately that I have made a ton of Slow Cooker meals? It may be due to the fact that I love easy meals or maybe even because my hubby and boys bought me a fabulous new Ninja Slow Cooker for my birthday. Exciting! Especially for someone like me who is obsessed with cooking and baking!
Slow Cooker recipes are the absolute easiest way to get dinner on the table quickly in the evenings, I know so many of you out there know that and depend on these type of meals often. This Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs Recipe is going to be just about the simplest recipe I can think of for you to make, it requires some chicken and seasonings. So easy!

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 TBSP. Paprika
- 2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp. Thyme Leaves
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
- Chicken Thighs
- Instructions
- Step 1 – Place Tin Foil in the bottom of the Slow Cooker after you crumple it up slightly

Step 2 - Cut all Fat pieces off the Chicken Thighs

Step 3 - Place Chicken Thighs on top of the Foil in the Slow Cooker

Step 4 - Top with the Seasonings
Step 5 - Cook on low for 4-6 hours in the slow cooker

I made this tonight with paprika, chili powder, garlic salt, dehydrated onions, and italian seasoning. It was amazing! I have a programmable crockpot that switches to warm when the time is up. I was concerned that the chicken would be dry because it switched to warm a couple of hours before we ate. It was very moist and delicious! We will definitely be having this again!
This is the first recipe I've seen without any liquid.... What does the foil do? Please reply! Making this tomorrow 🙂
