Simple Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

 Do you take time every morning for a delicious and nutritious breakfast? I know I very rarely do, I was just talking to a friend and wondering if a cup of coffee counts as breakfast because that’s all I usually take the time for.  Until I found how to make this simple overnight oatmeal recipe. Check out how easy these are to make!

Delicious and simple to make Overnight Oatmeal with Truvia!

You can add any fruit that you like to this oatmeal, if you don’t love bananas add strawberries or raspberries instead!  This recipe has so many options!

How to Make Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients You Need

  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Individual Package of Truvia
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1 – Stir everything together in a Mason Jar

Step 2 – Place a top on the jar and refrigerate overnight

Step 2 – In the morning top with a little granola or nuts for a some crunch.  Enjoy!

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk [depending on how thick you like it]
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Individual Package of Truvia
