Tomato and Feta Bruschetta Recipe

During the summer months one my favorite snacks and appetizers is Bruschetta.  I could eat it every single day because I love the combination of a crispy bread, soft melty cheese and a sweet tomato on top. Drizzle it with a tiny bit of Balsamic Glaze from Trader Joes and I'm in heaven.

Last week before having some friends over I decided to make a Tomato and Feta Bruschetta recipe that was down right delicious!  This was a great twist on the traditional Bruschetta that we make in the summer.  Check out the yummy recipe!
