Hey, everyone! I hope you are having a great week! I am loving the weather today here in the Twin Cities area! It’s finally nice out! Yay!
Today I have an amazingly delicious recipe to share with you. Do you love Chocolate Dessert Recipes? This is a Brownie Smores Chocolate Pie. Yep, that’s right, it has Brownies and Smores in the pie. Amazing, right? My boys loved this delicious and easy recipe.
What else is great about this Chocolate Pie Recipe? It is so easy to make but looks very difficult and delicious. You can use a boxed brownie mix or make some fudge brownies from scratch to add as the brownie filling. So, this could be a semi-homemade recipe if you don’t like baking from scratch.
I think everyone loves Brownies and Smores, so adding the two together makes the perfect dessert. This dessert is simple enough for a potluck or fancy enough to make for Easter or another family get together. So it is a versatile dessert that everyone will enjoy!
Chocolate Pie Recipe: Brownie Smores Chocolate Pie
Ingredients You Need
- Graham Cracker Crust
- Brownie Mix or use my Fudge Brownies from Scratch
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Fudge Drizzle
Step By Step Tutorial for making Smores Chocolate Pie
Start with your Graham cracker crust and then mix all your brownie ingredients together in a bowl.
Next, pour your Brownie Mix into your pie pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
After your Brownie Pie is baked, add enough Marshmallows to cover the top of the pie, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Broil on High for 1-2 minutes. Watch closely so you don’t burn the marshmallows.
I like to add a chocolate or caramel drizzle on top of the Brownie Smore pie because we need more sugar! Right?!
I hope you love this recipe! If you need a chocolate fix, this is going to satisfy your craving in a hurry!

Hi, I have a quick question. I am making this today but I won’t be serving it until tomorrow. After I make it do I just put it in the refrigerator until tomorrow or what? And if I do, do I just put it in the microwave to heat it back up or how should I do that? Or does it have to be heated back up?
I think popping it in the microwave to warm it up should be fine. This is also yummy cold in my opinion. 😉
Thanks for stopping by Jonathan!
If I’m making the graham cracker crust from scratch, would you recommend baking it or refrigerating it before adding the brownie batter? Thanks!
Hi, Abbi! I think I would bake it but i haven’t made it that way yet so let me know how it comes out!
A friend of mine made this for a party I attended. It looked delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to taste it before it was inhaled by everyone! So, I’m happy to find the recipe and make it & FINALLY taste it for myself. Lol! Thanks!!! 🙂
