This Homemade Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer recipe is one of my favorites, it’s very rich and creamy and the perfect creamer for my coffee each morning.
It’s no secret that I love my coffee sweet and creamy, my hubby says that I have a little coffee with my cream and sugar. Which may be true, my coffee resembles a cup of milk more than a cup of coffee.
Last week I made a simple Homemade Coffee Creamer for my coffee and loved it (thanks, Jenn!) so I thought I would try making a flavored coffee creamer version. My favorite has always been Peppermint Mocha so I recreated it and love it!

I’ve tried several homemade recipes, but I’m struggling with a bitter taste and something that I can’t pinpoint that settles on the back of my tongue .. can someone help me with a tweek? I adore the store bought non-dairy peppermint mocha creamer, but trying to go a little healthier…
Can’t wait to try this. For vanilla creamer, use 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 can measurement of half and half, 1 can measurement of whole milk and 4 tablespoons imitation vanilla extract. I mix all together and refill the large coffee mate vanilla creamer bottle. Flavored creamers are close to $5 now and you can make the same amount for much less
Is the cocoa powder sweetened or unsweetened?
I used your measurements but I was trying to have the least amount of fat and sugar…. I used keto milk, cocoa, artificial sweetener, and peppermint extract…I was ingesting over 50 grams of sugar with store bought creamer…now it will be under 5👏👏👏
I found it easier to put in my ninja blender. I also used unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of whole milk
I also used Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa powder
I found it easier to put in my ninja blender
Can you use chocolate flavored condensed milk in this recipe?
How long do you think this will keep in the fridge??
I would think it should be fine for a week.
Thanks for stopping by Kelly!
how much sweetened condensed milk did you use?
1 14oz can
My husband and I almost always use creamer in our coffee, but I try to avoid the chemical laden, no real dairy in site, store bought creamers. I love these flavors for the winter months, so cozy!
Peppermint Mocha is my favorite!! I am so happy you posted this, I will be making this tomorrow!!
